Mary Beth is the founder of Fitting It All In L.L.C. She was born and raised in Stokes County, NC. Along with her husband, Dustin Lawson, she has been a resident of Walnut Cove for 14 years. She is a mother of two girls, Kylie and Ellorie who both attend Walnut Cove Elementary.
As a Professional Health Coach, her passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Finding ways of "Fitting It All In" has proven to be difficult at each stage of her life. Whether it be a full time student, full time employee, married with a family, or full time at home care-giver, "Fitting It All In" is here to help. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. Her method is to help guide you in choosing a plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. She aims to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health.
With 15 years experience in the healthcare industry as a pharmacy technician and nursing assistant, has given her in depth knowledge of the key role of medications, supplements, nutrition, and physical activity on the body. Morgan Watts Fulp
Co-Owner
Morgan is a wife, mother and co-owner of Fitting It All In. Born and raised in Stokes County, NC, Morgan grew up in Germanton and now resides in Danbury with her husband, Luke, and two children, Harper and Conner.
Morgan graduated from Appalachian State University with a BS in Family and Consumer Sciences where she gained knowledge in foods and nutrition as well as developing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Upon graduation, Morgan taught at her alma matter, South Stokes High School, before making the decision to become a stay at home mom.
Morgan is in the process of attaining a certification in nutrition coaching and personal training. She has always had an interest in nutrition and how food is fuel for the body. Understanding that life is about balance, it is her passion to help guide others towards a healthier lifestyle no matter the stage of life.
Cana Rierson Fulp
Co-Owner
Cana is a Co-Owner of Fitting It All In and is a lifelong resident of Stokes County. She is newly married and resides in Westfield with her husband Landon.
She has always enjoyed living in a small town and being involved in helping her community. Her dream has always been to help others be the best version of themselves and “Fitting It All In” is the perfect fit, where she plans to do just that. She plans to help you find a better way to incorporate health and fitness into your lifestyle. She understands that not everyone has the same goals in their fitness journey, and everyone’s schedule looks different. Her plan is to guide you based on your schedule, lifestyle, and goals for your health and fitness. Her plan is to help others not only be able to better “fit it all in”, but to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle, being always mindful of your decisions.
With 10 years experience in healthcare as a nursing assistant and LPN, she has the knowledge and understands the importance of nutrition, healthy eating habits, and physical activity in someone’s life. She is currently earning her certification as both a nutrition coach and personal trainer. She is very optimistic and excited to help others develop a healthier lifestyle and improve their general health overall.
Ashleigh Washburn
Co-Owner
Ashleigh is a co-owner of Fitting It All In L.L.C. She was born and raised in Stokes County North Carolina. She grew up and currently resides in Pine Hall.
Ashleigh attended Forsyth Technical Community College for 2 years and earned an Associates Degree in Science . She is currently a student at Lees-McRae College and will graduate in the Spring of 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education.
Ashleigh has a true passion and interest in health and nutrition. After going through and overcoming a difficult time with an eating disorder, Ashleigh discovered the importance of not only exercise, but proper nutrition as well. She embraces that nutrition is key in a healthy diet and a healthy lifestyle. One of her biggest goals is ensuring that others feel confident about themselves and empowering others to do just that. Ashleigh has a passion for helping others reach and meet their goals towards a healthier lifestyle.
