Fitting It All In strives to help each client achieve a healthier lifestyle by providing 100% custom health plans that are designed to give consistent results based on age, weight, genetic body type, and current lifestyle.
Our Promise:
Our plans will never be based on short-term or "fad" diets, they will always be designed around proven health science. At our initial consultation we will get to know each of our client's individual wants and needs. After this visit, we will design a personalized health and wellness plan for the client. Our clients will also be assigned a motivated health coach who is trained to encourage and help maintain the clients individual health goals.
Custom Nutrition:
Our nutrition guides will be designed to the specific client's current lifestyle, genetic metabolism, and activity level. This nutrition guide will detail a client's individual daily caloric need as well as macro ratio to assure each client achieves their health goals.
Custom Workouts:
The client's custom workouts will be based on the activities they prefer to do. We find that the best workouts are the ones the clients are willing to perform consistently. If the client's current daily exercise is walking the dog then we will design your program around walking (just in case the dog gets tired).
Some examples of activities that our current clients prefer circuit training, body building, skiing, softball, gymnastics, basketball, rowing, hiking, walking and biking. We have been able to design a successful program around each client. If your activity isn't listed above "no worries" as we will be able to design our programs around what works for you.
Each day our clients will wake up to receive their custom workout(s) and nutrition guides via a mobile app that can be installed on a compatible smart device, free of charge to the enrolled client.

Consistent results is what sets us apart from other options in the health industry. You may ask how are you able to get your clients to achieve consistent results month after month? We have an unique process that comes down to two main contributing factors, accountability and our customized programs.

Accountability:

Routine Check-ins: We will schedule a check in once every two weeks to help keep the client motivated as well as adjust the program to assure the client hits their target goal. At the check ins measurements and weight will be taken to help guide the client on their health journey.

App Reporting: If the client is unresponsive the mobile app will alert the clients health coach. The assigned health coach will reach out to help touch base to adjust the program and get the client back on track.
